Now we are looking to leverage our success by aggressively going into the market, and spreading the word about our offerings through webinars, demos and onsite visits. Your job as an ADR is to get the sales process moving by making a great first impression over the phone and establishing a solid foundation on which a beneficial, long-term relationship can be built. After gathering as much information about potential clients as possible – including details about key decision-makers, budgets, technology needs and fundraising goals – you’ll explain the features and benefits of Good Done Great’s solutions.
The ADR position supports the sales team by generating quality leads, and qualifying prospects. Most of the work is outbound communications by phone and email, so a hunter mentality is expected.
ADRs who exceed their goals and approach their work with a positive, enthusiastic attitude can move up the ladder quickly. We are looking for hard-working individuals who are interested in earning their way into a full-time sales position and are willing to do the activities needed to be successful.
